Tuesday, November 8 – Tuesday Night Tastings with Peak Organic Brewery @ Bierkraft, Brooklyn:
Organic is a trend that has sure caught on, especially here in NYC. However, it hasn’t become too overly popular in the craft beer world. The limited amount of craft brewing has a lot to do with the availability of certified organic ingredients, however there are a few breweries who have made the jump. Peak Organic is one of them and they’ll be bringing their offerings over to Bierkraft this Tuesday for the bars weekly Tasting Night. The line-up showcases their straight forward styles which put an emphasis on traditional taste – the Amber, IPA, Fall Summit, Nut Brown and Winter Session.
