Tuesday, June 20 – Goose Night! @ Rattle n’ Hum, Manhattan:
Goose Island has been quite the hot topic recently in craft beer world news – getting bought out by Anheuser-Busch, their old brewmaster leaving for maybe not greener, but different pastures and bringing in a new brewmaster from the west-coast. People, rightfully so, wondered if their quality brew would continue to taste the same. Well, Tuesday is the time to find out. About two months after all these changes rapidly took place they bringing their most popular and rarest pours to Rattle n’ Hum. We’re talking about much more than just the IPA, Honker’s Ale and 312 Wheat. We’re talking Sofie, Matilda, Pere Jacques, Bourbon County Stout, Bourbon County Vanilla Aged Stout, Scully, Minx, Samovar, Big John, Raspberry Saison, Fleur, Dominique, Indira, Demolition, Lolita and American Brown.
Some said that getting bought out by Anheuser-Busch would limit their craft production. Look that way to you?
Rattle n’ Hum is located at East 33rd Street between Madison and 5th Avenues, Midtown, Manhattan.
